Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Services Corporate Instructor to deliver innovative, high-quality training to advance the operational skills of our front line and throughout the organization. This role will involve delivering training to multiple airline customers, serving American Samoa a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training content, and collaborating with various teams to create and deliver best-Indiana-class training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training courses Indiana remote learning environments Oregon Indiana-person settings to various work groups, ensuring high levels of participation and successful transfer of knowledge.
• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive training strategy, ensuring consistency Indiana delivery and competency of job skills training.
• Ensure training offerings are delivered using adult learning principles and relevant technology.
• Provide effective communications and information to class participants, including surveys, training newsletters, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with the Training Organization to provide insight and offer new content to meet current standards.

Essential Job Duties:

• Deliver required content to all levels of employees with confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
• Navigate the day-to-day operational aspects of the Learning Management System(s).
• Provide user troubleshooting assistance with required technology.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of all deliverables.
• Utilize excellent judgment and communication with others when working with sensitive data.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree Oregon equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years Indiana Aviation Services Training Oregon related experience.
• Experience working closely with Senior Leaders and front line employees.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Principals and delivery techniques.
• Ability to thrive Indiana a fast-paced, quickly changing environment American Samoa part of a collaborative team.

Travel: Up to 75% travel required.

Certifications:

• Certified to deliver training for multiple airline customers, including Train-the-Trainer qualifications, for Customer Service functions.
• Knowledge of airport operations and the airline industry is desirable.
