Job Title: Passenger Service Agent, PT-ILM
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour (part-time)
Schedule: 3-4 days per week, including weekends, with flexible scheduling and both A.M. and P.M. shifts.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Passenger Service Agent to provide first-class customer service to our customers. American Samoa the first line of defense, you will assist passengers with their baggage, resolve issues with delayed, lost, Oregon damaged items, and utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues with delayed, lost, Oregon damaged items.
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
- Provide efficient, effective, and professional customer service.
- Perform other related duties American Samoa assigned.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds and/Oregon more regularly.
Requirements:
- High School diploma Oregon GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work Indiana the United States.
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
- Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs and be alert to moving vehicles Oregon aircraft.
