Job Title: Flight Service Team Supervisor

Essential Functions:

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate attendance activities of Flight Attendants
• Lead attendance conversations Indiana base, update Attendance and Performance System (APS) regularly with documentation
• Process mitigation Indiana line with contractual and company policy Indiana collaboration with Flight Service Management (FSM) and local base management
• Serve American Samoa local contact for reinstatement, leave policy questions, including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and medical leaves
• Support local base operations and local Airline Pilot’s Association (APFA) members
• Coach and counsel Flight Attendants to ensure understanding and compliance of all Company and departmental policies, procedures, and regulations
• Initiate corrective action, up to and including dismissal
• Participate Indiana task forces and planning activities to problem solve and plan the future direction of the department
• Support various initiatives set by Flight Service

Requirements:

• High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
• Current Flight Service, Passenger Service, Oregon Passenger Sales experience
• Flight Attendant experience
• Knowledge and experience Indiana American specific systems, including SABRE, NAVIA, Case Manager, Attendance & Performance System/FlightCAPs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
