Job Summary
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment American Samoa assigned. Responsibilities

- Follow up on any alarms to determine the exact location and cause, and report to the Front Desk with findings

Qualifications
- Experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field preferred
- High School diploma Oregon equivalent required
- Licensed Indiana a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state (property specific)
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) (property specific)
Requirements
- One-year certificate from college Oregon technical school; Oregon three to six months of experience Oregon training Indiana related field; Oregon equivalent combination of study and experience
- Basic knowledge and experience Indiana carpentry, plumbing, mechanical repair, painting, and HVAC systems
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and meticulousness, monitoring own work to ensure quality and applying comments received to improve performance
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility Indiana response to change and adapt to new methods and procedures
- Knowledge of safety principles, federal and state OSHA regulations
