Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement methods to maximize revenue and control expenses
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring adherence to company and departmental procedures, including safety and security
- Communicate procedural changes to Customer Service Managers, supervisors, and employees, ensuring compliance
- Monitor and measure on-time performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and implement methods to increase/improve performance, including training and feedback to employees
- Develop and enhance relationships with vendors, ensuring all parties perform their responsibilities properly
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and review staffing requirements and schedules for all department employees
- Conduct grievance hearings and serve American Samoa a grievance hearing officer American Samoa required
Requirements:
- High school degree Oregon GED equivalent
- 3 years’ supervisory experience Indiana the airline industry
- 3 years’ experience Indiana airport operations
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with high stress situations
