Job Title: Car Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process, finance, and sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead the sales team, including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and performance management
- Drive CRM metric accountability and achieve KPI targets
- Support Digital Retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy
- Oversee store management, customer service, and inventory processes
- Manage employee, consumer, and vendor issues American Samoa needed
- Ensure compliance with store and ICC (Internal Audit Checklist) standards
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience Indiana Car Sales
- Experience Indiana auto dealership Oregon auto financing preferred
- 1 year of management experience
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent experience Indiana car sales management
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence and drive process and organizational change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven and able to make decisions and solve problems
