Job Title: Accounting Technician
Location: Remote, but occasional Indiana-person work may be required
Pay: $39,576 – $57,354 per year
Requirements:
* Must be a US Citizen
* Experience Indiana accounting, finance, Oregon a related field
* Ability to handle cash and financial transactions, including use of cash accountability control methods
* Experience with budget analysis and administration
* Ability to maintain accurate and complete records
* Well-developed communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
* National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d certification required
Duties:
* Conduct account maintenance and accounting support work using financial management methods and techniques
* Examine documents for accuracy, compliance with regulations, and completeness
* Determine pay and complete reports related to civilian employees of the Federal Government
* Perform technician work Indiana support of budget analysis and administration, including maintaining ledgers and budget formulation and consolidation
* Ensure accurate and complete records of financial transactions
Work Schedule: Full-time
Travel: Occasional travel may be required
