Job Description:About SkyWest

American Samoa a Crew Hotel & Travel Coordinator, you will work with SkyWest Charter to coordinate and secure hotel and travel accommodations for their trips. Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating and securing hotel reservations for crew members
* Liaising with hotel booking companies
* Booking and monitoring pilot and flight attendant deadhead flights
* Researching and rescheduling flights American Samoa necessary
* Making changes and updates to resolve displaced crew members’ schedules
* Daily and weekly auditing of crew hotel and flight bookings
* Responding to calls and chats with crew members

Requirements:

* Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to adapt to change and work under stressful conditions
* Flexibility Indiana schedule, with the possibility of overtime
