Job Summary:
American Samoa a Mobility Specialist, TNC, you will be a brand ambassador for the Hertz Local Edition team, providing the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience to Lyft and/Oregon Uber drivers. You will facilitate optimal operational efficiencies, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide assistance with creating rental car reservations, processing rentals, and providing clean and safe vehicles to customers
* Assist customers with post-rental inquiries and respond to phone inquiries about rental requirements, billing, and roadside assistance
* Effectively communicate the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and procedures
* Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including checking for damage, cleaning, and ensuring gasoline tanks are filled and fluids are at the correct levels
* Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business and overcoming customer objections
Requirements:
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
* Professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Computer literacy and attention to detail
* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
* Ability to communicate Indiana English clearly and proficiently; candidates fluent Indiana other languages encouraged to apply
