Job Summary:
We are seeking a Graduate Orientee Clinician to join our Psychiatric Unit team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals awaiting clinical licensure to gain hands-on experience and transition into a clinician position once licensed. You will work under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor, providing direct care to patients, and participating Indiana program development, quality assurance, and maintaining a therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Delivers direct care to patients, individually Oregon Indiana groups across the lifespan
* Conducts psychosocial assessments, mental status exams, case formulations, and develops treatment plans
* Functions American Samoa a clinical leader, therapist, educator, advocate, and liaison to the community and treatment team
* Participates Indiana program development, quality assurance, and maintaining the therapeutic environment
* Utilizes critical thinking skills to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements:
* Master’s degree
* No previous experience required
