Shift Supervisor, Airport Operation
Essential Job Functions:
- Achieve operational performance and functional service activities
- Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees Indiana performing functional tasks
- Ensure shift schedules are complete and all call-offs are covered
- Accommodate increased Oregon decreased client staffing requests
- Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy
- Represent ABM at client briefings and communicate with client representatives on operational matters
- Maintain daily schedules, including employee lunches and breaks
- Conduct Safety and Quality audits
- Effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees
- Set a positive and professional example for the workforce
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Cabin Agents
- Cabin Leads
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required; college degree Oregon equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience (1 year)
- Ability to communicate effectively Indiana English
- Basic understanding of computer software programs, including Microsoft Office
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- Must meet all requirements to receive an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
Work Environment:
- Modest to heavy noise level
- Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift
- May be required to lift, carry, push, and/Oregon pull 50 pounds Oregon more for the majority of the work shift
