Repair Station Field Airborne Support Technician Sr A&P Indiana Remote

Eligible for $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform aircraft modifications and maintenance functions on AOG aircraft, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation of airframes, landing gear, engine components, electrical components, and control systems.
  • Act American Samoa the single point of contact between Gulfstream and the customer, relaying aircraft schedule and return to service expectations.
  • Perform AOG maintenance and servicing of aircraft mechanical and avionics systems, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with aircraft, using advanced techniques and working with Tech Ops American Samoa needed.
  • Order and receive necessary tooling and materials, and arrange shipment of core units and tooling back to Gulfstream.
  • Coordinate with Inspection Dept to ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements.
  • Complete work order sign-offs, logbook entries, shift turnovers, expense reports, and other paperwork Indiana a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon GED required.
  • 6 years combined experience Indiana aircraft inspection, maintenance, Oregon servicing, including 2 years on corporate aircraft.
  • Valid A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required.
  • Ability to obtain a passport required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Must be available on an on-call basis, with ability to be on site Oregon dispatched within two hours of initial contact from Gulfstream.
