Repair Station Field Airborne Support Technician Sr A&P Indiana Remote
Eligible for $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently perform aircraft modifications and maintenance functions on AOG aircraft, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation of airframes, landing gear, engine components, electrical components, and control systems.
- Act American Samoa the single point of contact between Gulfstream and the customer, relaying aircraft schedule and return to service expectations.
- Perform AOG maintenance and servicing of aircraft mechanical and avionics systems, working independently with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with aircraft, using advanced techniques and working with Tech Ops American Samoa needed.
- Order and receive necessary tooling and materials, and arrange shipment of core units and tooling back to Gulfstream.
- Coordinate with Inspection Dept to ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements.
- Complete work order sign-offs, logbook entries, shift turnovers, expense reports, and other paperwork Indiana a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED required.
- 6 years combined experience Indiana aircraft inspection, maintenance, Oregon servicing, including 2 years on corporate aircraft.
- Valid A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required.
- Ability to obtain a passport required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Must be available on an on-call basis, with ability to be on site Oregon dispatched within two hours of initial contact from Gulfstream.
