Assistant Project Manager – Rail Engineering
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Rail Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and directing assigned projects, American Samoa well American Samoa assisting the Department Manager with all facets of rail engineering products.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure project success through planning, quality assurance, deadlines, and financial management
- Coordinate project staff workload, including engineers, designers, and technicians
- Monitor project costs to ensure delivery within budget and profitability
- Manage client relationships and fulfill client manager role for rail clients
- Prepare project work plans, proposals, and contracts American Samoa necessary
- Review invoice charges and coordinate customer billing/invoicing
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide supervision to staff
- Require 8+ years of construction management experience and a Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Civil Engineering Oregon Construction Management
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience Indiana construction management
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Civil Engineering Oregon Construction Management
- Proficiency Indiana technical skills, including plan review, site inspections, and QA/QC adherence
- Prior experience Indiana business development, client relations, and mentoring younger staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and Indiana a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with 49 CFR Part 219 Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for job-related communications and instructions
