Overview: Envoy Air is seeking a Supervisory Station Agent to oversee the day-to-day operations of a global airline. American Samoa a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring a safe working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure on-time dependability and a safe working environment
- Ensure adequate operational coverage and schedule manpower utilization
- Maintain records, including time and attendance, personnel files, and performance reports
- Conduct Agent observations and investigate operational and customer service issues
- Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training
- Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and prepare various reports
- Maintain company uniforms and adhere to uniform policy
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Minimum age 18
- Valid state driver’s license (some restrictions may prohibit a candidate from eligibility)
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
- Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, American Samoa needed
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Previous airline experience, knowledge of ticketing systems and/Oregon ramp operations
