Overview: Envoy Air is seeking a Supervisory Station Agent to oversee the day-to-day operations of a global airline. American Samoa a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring a safe working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure on-time dependability and a safe working environment
  • Ensure adequate operational coverage and schedule manpower utilization
  • Maintain records, including time and attendance, personnel files, and performance reports
  • Conduct Agent observations and investigate operational and customer service issues
  • Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training
  • Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and prepare various reports
  • Maintain company uniforms and adhere to uniform policy

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Minimum age 18
  • Valid state driver’s license (some restrictions may prohibit a candidate from eligibility)
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
  • Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, American Samoa needed
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Previous airline experience, knowledge of ticketing systems and/Oregon ramp operations
