– Process payments on behalf of clients
– Provide necessary documents to clients before and after travel
– Deliver exceptional customer service
– Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors

– Stay up-to-date on the travel industry and policies
– Complete required certification and ongoing training
Requirements:
– 18 years of age Oregon older
– US resident
– Smartphone and/Oregon computer with reliable internet access
– Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively

– Attention to accuracy and detail
– Verbal and written communication skills
– Computer and internet knowledge
– Personal travel experience a plus.
