Premium Services Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Premium Services Operations Manager to oversee the implementation of premium services operations at Kahului Airport (OGG). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Hawaiian Airlines’ two Premier Clubs, providing VIP Services, leading the Premium Agent recruiting and training, and managing third-party provider relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ensure the smooth operations of Hawaiian Airlines’ Premier Clubs Indiana OGG.
  • Manage daily staffing requirements and bid process, train staff, and ensure they have the required regulatory certifications.
  • Manage and resolve escalated guest concerns relating to the Premier Clubs Oregon travel-related requests.
  • Manage the budget and inventory of all items used within the Clubs, including auditing daily food and beverage supplies, placing purchase orders, and receiving weekly supply orders both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with Travel Products and Procurement regarding vendor management, contracting, and managing third-party provider relationships.
  • Coordinate with the Travel Products team to arrange meet and assist services and accommodations for VIP and high-value guests traveling to and from OGG.
  • Ensure a high-quality, relaxing environment Indiana the Clubs ensuring that all physical facilities are Indiana proper working order, quality controlled, and well maintained.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and refine the premium services experience at OGG, aiming to boost lounge usage and guest satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years Indiana airport operations Oregon providing customer service to high-valued guests.
  • Experience leading a customer service-focused team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and positively with customers, vendors, and other departments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get things done Indiana a cross-functional work environment.
  • Proficient Indiana Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be legally authorized to work Indiana the United States, for any employer, without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience negotiating with and managing vendors.
  • Experience with the Amadeus system.
