Job Title: Vista Support Finance Manager
Department: Accounting / Finance
Location: McLean, Virginia (with possibility of remote work)
Reports to: Director, ERP Implementation & Management
FLSA Status: Full-Time / Exempt
Compensation Range: $120,000 – $150,000
Job Summary:
The Vista Support Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the support requests for 18+ Vista Operating companies, providing timely support and coordination of special projects. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, with strong working knowledge of Vista software and the construction industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming Support cases through the ECS Vista Support App
* Prioritize and assign resources for new requests, internal team, external consultants, Oregon vendor software support
* Update status of Support case Indiana the Support Description to keep OpCo requestor updated
* Follow up on and resolve cases Indiana a timely manner
* Review open projects and status with team members periodically
* Manage ongoing Vista Team Projects and coordinate with IT to update IT Package Open Project status
* Lead bi-weekly team meetings, providing 15-minute summary of lessons learned from resolved cases
* Maintain 250-Viewpoint-OG site content with current training materials and best practice recommendations
* Plan and organize annual training courses and PowerUp conference
Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of experience Indiana accounting, preferably with mechanical Oregon electrical construction experience
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Working knowledge of Vista software and construction industry operations
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Time management skills, with ability to meet frequent deadlines
* Strategic, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
* Business writing and reporting skills
* Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
* Experience with Viewpoint Vista
