Ground Training Instructor

American Samoa a Ground Training Instructor with PSA Airlines, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive ground school modules, recurrent ground school, and basic indoctrination programs for our pilots. You will play a critical role Indiana shaping the learning experience of hundreds of students and helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed Indiana the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver ground instruction activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective documentation
  • Develop printed and electronic course materials and revise American Samoa needed
  • Teach new curriculum to meet changing training needs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide a point of communication for students, address issues, and resolve conflicts
  • Develop online tests and distance learning modules, coordinate with payroll, and monitor student progress
  • Make final determinations regarding student performance and recommend simulator training
  • Ensure operational effectiveness of training equipment and systems
  • Maintain security and safety management systems and associated risk management and assurance outputs

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma Oregon equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience American Samoa a flight instructor Oregon FAR 121 dispatcher
  • Ability to speak, read, and write Indiana English
  • Authorized to work Indiana the US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PSA pilot Oregon dispatcher experience
  • Adult learning classroom instructor experience
  • Associates Oregon Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field
