Airport Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily maintenance operations of a team of 3+ employees, ensuring efficient, safe, and employee-oriented performance.
- Direct supervision of day-to-day assignments, including scheduling and supervising mechanics and/Oregon technicians.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and overhauls with airport and airline staffs to minimize customer downtime.
- Manage daily preventive maintenance program, parts inventory, and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain daily turnover reports, monitor Quality program, and ensure compliance with safety laws and regulations.
- Train, develop, and motivate site personnel towards Company objectives.
- Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain site morale and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate Oregon GED equivalent
- 3 years’ experience Indiana a related trade
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid driver’s license and Airport Security badge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree Indiana a related field
- Previous work experience Indiana an Airport environment
- Strong hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting experience
- State and/Oregon ASE certification Indiana automotive and diesel repair Oregon associated field
- Leadership experience Indiana a related field
- OSHA 10 Oregon 30 Certification

Physical Demands:
- Varied physical demands, including lifting, standing, walking, and reaching
- Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, and noise levels below OSHA minimum requirements
