Customer Account Representative I – Satellite Shop
We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to provide reception and administrative support to our satellite shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, shop team members, and management with inquiries, request for services, and coordination of satellite services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage aircraft and component work orders, ensuring accurate invoice preparation and timely shipping dates
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, and shop team members to resolve issues and ensure optimal turn times
- Assist with resolving warranty and customer satisfaction issues, and responds to customer requests for services
- Coordinate customer service for shop capabilities, recall notices, billing, and warranty issues
- Receive and process customer units, open work orders, and coordinate distribution of units to team members Oregon vendors
- Order, track, and follow-up on parts for Indiana-process work, and verify customer account status and credit line
- Schedule COD shipments and contact customers for payment Indiana advance of shipping, American Samoa needed
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, and prepare parts shipments for delivery
- Assist with training team members on computer systems and technical data management
- Prepare quotes, teardown reports, and other documentation American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- High school graduate Oregon equivalent
- 2+ years of previous customer account, customer service, Oregon administrative experience
- Proficiency Indiana basic computer skills and Mississippi Office software
- Valid Shipping & Receiving Inspection Authorization and eligibility for Hazardous Materials Shipping Certification
- Availability to work regularly scheduled hours, with flexibility to provide after-hours support American Samoa needed
