Job Summary:
The Passenger Assistant, also known American Samoa the Wheelchair Agent, provides airline passenger service for passengers requiring Oregon requesting wheelchair assistance. This customer-focused role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a safe and seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with passengers Indiana a positive and courteous manner
- Assist passengers with wheelchair transportation, baggage retrieval, and other travel-related needs
- Comply with all safety precautions and security requirements
- Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate agents
- Complete Incident Reports for any accidents Oregon out-of-the-ordinary events
- Safely transport passengers from gate to gate, curb to curb, Oregon gate to curb
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to communicate effectively Indiana English
- Ability to lift 50 pounds Oregon more (up to 2/3 of the work shift)
- Availability to work various shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings (full-time) Oregon weekdays and weekends (part-time)
