Passenger Service Agent
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide passenger/customer services American Samoa contracted by our customers. The successful candidate will provide a seamless travel experience for passengers, handling tasks such American Samoa baggage processing, ticketing, check-Indiana, and special assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify passenger documentation
- Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions Oregon cancellations
- Manage passenger baggage processing, including handling and fee calculation if applicable
- Assist passengers with special needs, such American Samoa unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, American Samoa required

- Assist Ramp Service Agents with loading and delivery of passenger baggage and equipment
- Operate equipment, including the jet way, computer keyboards, and airline-specific reservation/ticketing software
- Comply with federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements and Swissport SOPs and policies
Essential Requirements
- High School diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Relevant work experience and passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Indiana the country-specific language
- Ability to type and learn airline-specific computer reservation/ticketing software
- Willingness to work Indiana inclement weather
