Production Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. American Samoa a key member of the internal production team, you will interface with cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are met, monitor production schedules, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production schedules and advance materials through assembly and test operations
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the execution of production plans
- Write production orders, compile historical build folders, and assemble hardware kits Indiana support of 100% on-time starts
- Coordinate the utilization of outside processes and the shipment of hardware to customers
- Conduct root cause analysis when goals are not met and initiate corresponding corrective actions
- Initiate and support process improvement initiatives
- Understand and interpret ERP system requirements and accurately integrate complex production schedules
Requirements
- Experience using SAP to create and manage production orders is preferred
- American Samoa Degree is required
- This is an on-site position
