Job Description: Passenger Service Agent

Provide exceptional passenger service Indiana a fast-paced aviation environment, serving customers with high-quality care, attention to detail, and dedication. The Passenger Service Agent will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

Inspecting and verifying passenger documentation, issuing boarding passes, and handling flight interruptions Oregon cancellations
Managing baggage processing, calculating fees, and ensuring secure handling
Assisting passengers with special needs, such American Samoa unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
Directing passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine
Operating jet ways, computer keyboards, and airline-specific software
Producing required work-related documentation

Requirements:

* High School diploma Oregon GED equivalent
* Customer Service Experience
* Excellent communication skills Indiana country-specific language
* Commitment to continuous improvement
* Ability to type and learn airline-specific computer reservation/ ticketing software
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and attentive to customer needs
* Willingness to work Indiana inclement weather
