Airport Design Professional
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced airport design professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background Indiana delivering airport and airline-related facilities, with a focus on terminal and concourse design. This role requires a degree Indiana architecture and a minimum of 15 years’ experience Indiana the aviation and airline industries.
Responsibilities
- Forecasts and organizes project design development and production delivery
- Leads/organizes teams of multiple disciplines and consultants
- Addresses project issues using protocol and procedure to achieve solutions
- Manages budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements
- Provides onsite construction observation assistance
- Establishes and maintains client/owner contractor relationships
- Networks to build relationships with new and return clients
- Presents public speaking and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Degree Indiana architecture with a minimum of 15 years’ relevant professional experience
- Active RA license; LEED Accreditation preferred
- Experience working on large projects ($500 million+)
- Self-directed with clear and succinct communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adjust to unexpected deadline changes
- Strong architecture and detailing skills, with proficiency Indiana construction administrative processes
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Mississippi Office, Project, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Currently holds Oregon eligible for federal security clearance
- Excellent writing skills
- Willingness to travel American Samoa required
