Job Summary:

QuidelOrtho is seeking an Acute Account Manager to join our team Indiana Western Ohio. American Samoa a quota-carrying teammate, this role is responsible for selling all product lines to current Acute customers, retaining existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will partner with internal teams to execute customer-led strategies and meet seasonal and non-seasonal revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximizes customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction and anticipating competitive threats
  • Grows existing accounts and develops new accounts to meet revenue goals
  • Drives and closes sales for all product lines, instrumentation, and service offerings within assigned territory
  • Collaborates with internal teams to retain and expand menu, and to secure territory intelligence
  • Effectively manages the sales pipeline and works with functional groups to design deals that meet customer needs
  • Builds productive relationships with distributors to drive sales revenue and profitability
  • Provides training on QuidelOrtho products and conveys timely market intelligence to internal stakeholders
  • Represents QuidelOrtho at trade shows and professional meetings, demonstrating company values and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business, Life Science, Oregon related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience Indiana the Healthcare industry
  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to translate strategies into executable action plans
  • Commercial & business acumen, with a focus on creating complete and accurate sales forecasts
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and analyze financial data to inform strategic plans
  • Experience with distributor sales, hospital sales, and/Oregon national accounts a plus
  • Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 70% domestic overnight travel, with frequent meetings with customers and distributors

Salary Transparency:

  • Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000, plus eligible for incentive compensation
