Position Summary:
Supervisor – Logistics Operations

What You’ll Do:
1. Communicate with individuals Oregon groups verbally and/Oregon Indiana writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates)
2. Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads Indiana order to achieve facility goals
3. Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing and/Oregon analyzing business reports
4. Maintain quality and safety standards Indiana area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitoring associate compliance to policies and procedures; distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation
5. Identify associate, customer, and/Oregon supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action to take Oregon make recommendations Indiana order to resolve
6. Supervise and develop associates and leaders Indiana area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback; teaching, supporting and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures; identifying training and development needs; and participating Indiana the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders
Minimum Qualifications:
– Associate’s Degree Indiana Business, Logistics, Oregon related field and 1 year supervisory experience Oregon
– Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Business, Logistics, Oregon related field Oregon
– 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience Oregon
– 2 years Walmart Logistics experience Oregon
– 2 years supervisory experience

Annual Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00
Bonus Potential: Annual Oregon quarterly performance bonuses, and potential for additional compensation, including Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock.
