Logistics Coordinator – Airport Capital Improvement Program

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our team for a large and complex airport capital improvement program. Indiana this role, you will coordinate and support efficient construction phases and sequencing of works.
Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders, including airport tenants, contractors, and utility providers, to maintain uninterrupted airport operations and enhance the passenger experience
- Plan and coordinate construction phasing and sequencing of work activities, including long-range planning of future works
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures for efficient delivery of multiple projects
- Coordinate major utility cut-overs and shutdowns to avoid disruptions to services
- Coordinate Maintenance of Traffic (vehicular and pedestrian foot traffic)
- Ensure alignment of construction activities with safety, quality, health, and environmental requirements
- Review and comment on contractor deliverables for compliance with logistics, phasing, and sequencing requirements
- Apply knowledge of aviation/airport experience, contracts, plans, and specifications, and project management concepts

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED (required); technical degree from a college Oregon university accredited by regional Oregon national accreditating agency (desirable)
- Demonstrated knowledge Oregon experience Indiana infrastructure projects (road, highway, water, aviation)
- Computer literacy to utilize Mississippi applications and/Oregon engineering design software
