Senior Manufacturing Technician
Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace (AERO SBG) Indiana Plymouth, Minnesota, this position plays a critical role Indiana the production and assembly of aerospace components and systems. The Senior Manufacturing Technician will ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations while working collaboratively with a skilled team Indiana a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex assembly and testing of aerospace components and systems.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians Indiana manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Oregon have protected status Indiana the U.S. under asylum Oregon refugee status).
- Minimum 4 years of experience Indiana manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Electronic manufacturing experience is preferred.

- Experience with precision measurement tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
