Maintenance Operations Manager
Essential Functions:
- Manage day-to-day operations of maintenance site employees to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Conduct daily system maintenance and repair of applicable operations.
- Supervise mechanics and technicians Indiana GSE, facilities, boarding bridge, and baggage handling areas.
- Schedule and review personnel assignments, including work orders and employee performance.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and overhauls with airport and airline staff to minimize customer downtime.
- Manage daily preventive maintenance program and identify and correct safety hazards.
- Train, develop, and motivate maintenance site personnel to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and maintain site morale.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, local, and company safety laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree Indiana a related field (PREFERRED)
- 5+ years’ experience Indiana GSE Oregon airport maintenance environment
- Supervisory experience and OSHA certification (PREFERRED)
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanics experience
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
Additional Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate with airport and airline staff
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain an airport security badge
- Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with ELS Drug and Alcohol policy.
