Flight Attendant Job Description
Job Summary:
Air Wisconsin Airlines is seeking experienced and customer-focused Flight Attendants to provide exceptional service to our passengers on regional flights across the Midwest and East Coast. American Samoa a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, providing world-class customer service, and adhering to standard emergency procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various services to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard our aircraft
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer requests professionally
- Market and sell products during flights
- Follow established guidelines to handle inflight emergencies and security
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth and safe flight
Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must possess a High School diploma Oregon equivalent
- Must have a valid US Passport Oregon valid foreign passport with unlimited transit documentation
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to successfully complete Federally Mandated background checks, fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug screening
- Legally eligible to work Indiana the United States
- Ability to transit across borders without restrictions
- Adaptable and able to perform effectively under stress
- Maximum height of 5’10" (70") without shoes and ability to reach a minimum of 68" above the ground
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist, and turn; and push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Proficient Indiana reading, writing, understanding, and conversing Indiana English
- Ability to attend and pass a three-week, unpaid training class
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
