Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
* Oversees and coordinates team activities related to airport operations.
* Ensures a safe and compliant working environment Indiana accordance with TSA, DOT, USPS, and OSHA regulations and applicable laws.
* Coaches, counsels, and mentors employees, enforcing Company policies and procedures and issuing disciplinary action American Samoa required.

* Assists with recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.

Basic Qualifications:
* Must be a local (Indiana-state) resident.
* Valid Indiana-State Driver’s License.
