Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, including planning maintenance efficiently and effectively to maximize aircraft availability. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and Air Methods’ policies and procedures. Essential Functions:
- Serve American Samoa Lead Mechanic Indiana the absence of the Lead Mechanic.
- Perform inspections and repairs of aircraft and components Indiana accordance with maintenance procedures, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, service letters, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Ensure all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed Indiana compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon general education degree (GED) and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/Oregon training.

- FAR 135 operations preferred.
- FAA A&P License Indiana good standing.
- Inspection Authorization (Iowa) Preferred.
- Ability to read and understand various documents such American Samoa 337’s, Service Bulletins, AD’s, etc.
