Job Title: Station Supervisor

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day station operations and ensure adequate operational coverage
  • Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training
  • Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
  • Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and prepares various reports
  • Maintain records, such American Samoa time and attendance, personnel files, and performance
  • Supervise Station Agents Indiana combined duties within ramp service and customer service operations

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being eligible)
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
  • Possess the legal right to work Indiana the United States
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • One year of customer service experience (some locations may desire previous airline experience)
  • Tattoos, body piercings, and/Oregon tongue rings may not be visible while Indiana company-issued uniform at any time
  • Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint-based criminal background check and secure airport authority and/Oregon US Customs security badges (if applicable)
