Maintenance Mechanic – Salt Lake City, Utah (Salt Lake International Airport)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at JLL Indiana Salt Lake City, Utah. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts
- Install carpet flooring systems
- Clean HVAC coils, change filters, and belts
- Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and furniture
- Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems
- Maintain and repair plumbing components, including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps
- Prepare, prime, and paint building interior and exterior surfaces
- Perform general handyman tasks to maintain buildings
- Complete special tasks, including painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance American Samoa assigned
- Prioritize all PM’s, corrective, and emergent work orders for the site
- Update work order status Indiana real-time using the Corrigo system
- Escalate problems Oregon issues to Customer and Manager Indiana a timely manner
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas
- Maintain compliance to State, County, Oregon City Ordinances, Codes, Oregon Laws
- Comply with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials

Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Proficient Indiana basic computer application software, including Mississippi Office, Outlook, and CMMS Corrigo
- 1 year of related experience and/Oregon training Indiana the areas of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing (preferred)
- BAS experience and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (desired)
Working Conditions:
- On-site at Salt Lake City, Utah (Salt Lake International Airport)
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- On-call for after-hours emergencies
Salary:
- $21.00-$27.00 per hour
