Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Dispatcher to join our team. American Samoa a Cleaning Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching cleaning personnel to aircraft cleaning assignments, ensuring compliance with aviation cleanliness and safety standards, and communicating with cleaning staff and airline representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch cleaning crews to various locations within the airport
- Manage and monitor the cleaning schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Communicate effectively with cleaning teams to relay instructions and updates
- Respond to cleaning requests and emergencies from airport staff
- Keep track of crew locations and progress using relevant software systems
- Prioritize cleaning tasks based on urgency and importance
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
- 2 Years customer service experience
- 1 Year cleaning experience
- Knowledge of the Aviation Industry
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- American Samoa applicable)
Working Conditions:
- Physical activity may include standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds Oregon more
- Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by terminal environment
