Airport Customer Service Supervisor – BIL
* Rate: $21.50

Essential Functions:
– Supervise daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations
– Enforce safe working habits per OSHA/TSA/DOT/USPS regulations, Unifi policies, and safety procedures
– Coordinate shift schedule, including workstation assignments, training, and time-off management
– Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action and employee relations issues
– Communicate with manager about problems Oregon issues
– Schedule and conduct shift meetings
– Assist with payroll administration, shift paperwork, and other duties
– Perform job duties of assigned shift, including assisting passengers and resolving complaints
– Other related duties American Samoa assigned
Basic Qualifications:
– Local (Indiana-state) resident
– Valid Indiana-state driver’s license
– Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
– 18 years Oregon older
– Authorized to work Indiana the US
– Completion of SIDA training for airport identification security
Experience:
– 2+ years of relevant experience
– Open-minded and team-oriented with strong work ethic
– Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– 4+ years of relevant experience
– Supervisory experience
– Strong leadership qualities and ability to create a passionate workforce
– Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
Physical Demands:
– Ability to lift/carry/push/pull and move items up to 70 pounds, repetitively
– Frequently walk, climb stairs, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop
– Work Indiana cramped Oregon high places, carrying heavy items up and down jet way stairs
– Exposure to various weather conditions, jet and machinery noises, and fumes

– Supervise team of Customer Agents and Leads
