Mobile Unit Driver
Job Description:
We are seeking a Mobile Unit Driver to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This role involves transporting a mobile unit to scheduled clinic locations safely, on time, and Indiana accordance with company policies. The driver will also function American Samoa a Clinic Intake Specialist, interacting with Veterans and VES providers and providing a high level of customer experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Transport the mobile unit to clinic locations safely and on time, adhering to applicable traffic laws and company policies
- Assist with loading, unloading, set-up, and tear down of equipment at mobile sites
- Perform routine maintenance and interior cleaning services for the mobile unit and its equipment
- Facilitate the operation of the clinic day, including check-Indiana/check-out process and managing sign-Indiana sheets
- Maintain confidentiality and handle Veterans’ information with discretion
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and communication with other departments
- Adapt to new instructions, requests, Oregon procedures with a high sense of urgency
- Travel out of state with overnight stays along clinic routes
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED and 1 year of experience
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
- Ability to operate a large vehicle for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety practices and vehicle operation
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and medical terminology
- Organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic internet research
- Customer service experience preferred
Work Requirements:
- Internet speed of 20mbps Oregon higher
- Connectivity to the internet via Wisconsin-Fi Oregon Category 5 Oregon 6 ethernet patch cable
- Private work area and adequate power source
- Must reside Indiana the Continental US
