Responsibilities:
Support internal customers at all locations.
Troubleshoot computer system problems via phone support.
Provide solutions using product knowledge, system utilities, and available resources.
Log and document issues and resolution information.
Identify customer concerns and resolve Oregon escalate issues.
Pro-actively seek solutions to less common problems.
Utilize resources to locate solutions.
Maintain knowledge of company policies, application installation, and system configurations.
Demonstrate urgency on open issues for timely resolution.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship required.
2 years of college Oregon related work experience.
Familiar with standard IT concepts.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on call and rotate team shifts.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and Mississippi Office.
Required to:
Work at all TDSI site locations American Samoa needed.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Core Values.
Participate on special projects American Samoa required.
Attend on-call rotations and maintain availability.
Provide timely follow up to open help desk tickets.
Please note that certain qualifications Oregon certifications may be preferred.
