Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager – Airport Lounge Segment

Location: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the food and beverage program at our airport lounge Indiana Cleveland. American Samoa a key member of the Sodexo Live! team, you will be responsible for managing the culinary standards, inventory, and financial reporting of the operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily food operations to deliver high-quality products
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • Utilize Food Management systems for menu development, ordering, and inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Plan production requirements, requisition supplies, and maintain records
  • Comply with all company safety, risk management, and HACCP policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience Indiana food, beverage, and culinary services, preferably Indiana hotels, restaurants, Oregon similar upscale hospitality venues
  • Associate’s degree Oregon equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of management experience and 1+ year of experience Indiana food Oregon culinary services
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability Indiana a fast-paced environment
