Job Title: Franchise Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to franchisees Indiana four key areas:
  1. New stores and transitions
  2. Operational components of the "Tires Now" initiative
  3. Same Store Sales Growth
  4. Training
• Support 82 locations Indiana the Denver-Kansas region
• Complete Integration Calls, Service Readiness surveys, and NFO Indiana-Store Training Workbook debriefings
• Monitor store performance using Sales Tracking Tool and drive Brand NOW standards compliance
• Administer operational components of Tires Now, including inventory management and education on tire sales processes and products
• Drive Same Store Sales through identifying operational performance gaps and developing action plans with dealers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience Indiana retail tire and automotive service business Oregon working with automotive franchisees
• Sales background Indiana the automotive industry, with franchise experience Indiana automotive and/Oregon other retail industries
• Strong selling, sales training, and presentation skills
• Results-focused and orientated, with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree Indiana business administration preferred
• Must be able to travel up to 85%, including occasional nights and weekends and multi-state travel
