Project Manager
Job Description:
Leads project teams Indiana delivering company-directed initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manages multiple projects simultaneously, driving cultural and organizational change initiatives and achieving aggressive organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality are met
- Partner with senior leaders to translate vision into executable plans
- Influence cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Hold team members accountable for timely completion and quality of deliverables
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Privacy Act
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Oregon related field
- 3+ years of project management experience Oregon 6+ years of experience with a project management certification
- Experience working Indiana a fast-paced, dynamic environment
