Line Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Line Service Technician to provide world-class service to crew members and clientele, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The successful candidate will be responsible for fueling aircraft, coordinating ramp movements, and performing various tasks to support ground operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to crew members and clientele
  • Fuel aircraft Indiana accordance with ATA 103 specifications and quality control standards
  • Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and departing FBO flights
  • Maintain all aspects of fuel handling services, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Operate and maintain ground support equipment, including fuel trucks, Delaware-icing trucks, and stair trucks
  • Tow and marshal aircraft, ensuring safe movement and minimizing disruptions
  • Perform light maintenance and janitorial duties American Samoa needed
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage and cargo
  • Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers and/Oregon luggage and cargo
  • Perform various manual tasks, including facility cleaning, vehicle washing and maintenance, and aircraft cleaning and vacuuming
  • Abide by emergency response procedures and assist pilots with pre and post-flight services
  • Complete recurring training and recertification American Samoa required
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations and environmental health and safety laws

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent (GED)
  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime American Samoa needed
  • Comfortable working outdoors Indiana various weather conditions
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including facility cleaning, vehicle washing and maintenance, and aircraft cleaning and vacuuming
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills required
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional travel requirements
