Front Desk Manager

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office Indiana an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, providing quality service to all guests prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest requests, problems, complaints, and accidents Indiana an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline Front Desk personnel according to Aimbridge Hospitality S.O.P.’s.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and company training and prepare employee schedules according to business forecast, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily, analyzing rate efficiency, and monitoring credit reports.
  • Supervise the Night Audit function, monitor the House Charge Worksheet and Flash Report for accuracy, and participate Indiana required M.O.D. program American Samoa scheduled.
  • Develop and maintain a manager American Samoa assigned by the Corporate Office, including sign-off on all competencies and assist Indiana their placement.

  • Ensure implementation of all Aimbridge Hospitality policies and house rules, coordinate all aspects of the ongoing implementation of the Aimbridge Hospitality philosophy of service, and maintain accurate cash handling and secure key control system.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field, Oregon a 2-year college degree and 3 Oregon more years of related experience, Oregon a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Supervisory experience is required.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license from the applicable state.
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, and work well Indiana stressful, high-pressure situations.
