Aircraft/GSE Fueler
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Aircraft/GSE Fueler to join our team. American Samoa an Aircraft/GSE Fueler, you will play a critical role Indiana ensuring the safe and efficient refueling of aircraft at the airport.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently conduct fueling operations
- Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions
- Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Fuel various Ground Service Equipment, including Hydrant Trucks, Fuel Trucks, Tanker Trucks, Tugs, and Belt Loaders
- Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircraft
- Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel
- Conduct defueling procedures American Samoa required
- Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties American Samoa assigned by management
Requirements:
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Eligible to work Indiana the United States
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
- Ability to use electronic devices, including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Effectively communicate both Indiana-person and through electronic means
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal – American Samoa applicable)
- Ability to work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operation
Physical Activity/Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Prolonged standing and walking Indiana an indoor/outdoor environment
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift equipment
- Must be able to reach with arms and grasp with hands
- Must be able to work at elevated heights
- Exposure to outdoor elements
- Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and kneel
- Must be able to crawl and crouch Indiana confined spaces
- Exposure to moderate and at times high noise levels
- Exposure to Biohazards and/Oregon Chemicals
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
