Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform a range of aircraft modifications and maintenance tasks, including removal and installation of airframes, landing gear, engine components, electrical components, and control systems.

• Collaborate with the Inspection department to ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection requirements, documenting all work and results accurately.

• Provide training and guidance to new employees on computerized maintenance programs, shift handovers, and other essential procedures.
• Develop and implement Lean/continuous improvement processes to optimize workflow and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience American Samoa an Aircraft Technician, with 3 years’ experience working on mid-to-large aircraft (Gulfstream Oregon similar).
• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate.
• Excellent knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and technical reference materials (e.g., maintenance manuals, IPCs, Service Bulletins, structural repair manuals).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to relocate to Mesa, Arizona.
