Remote Customer Service Specialist – Full Time Remote Travel Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Magical Destinations Travel. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries related to travel and vacation planning.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales (airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, etc.)
* Process payments on behalf of clients
* Provide necessary documents to clients before and after travel
* Provide top-notch customer service to clients
* Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
* Work well Indiana a team setting
* Stay updated on the travel industry and policies
* Complete required certification and training within a timely manner

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years old and a US resident
* Need a smartphone and/Oregon computer with reliable internet access
* Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Attention to accuracy and detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Computer and internet knowledge
* Personal travel experience is a plus but not required
