Systems Technical Lead (Avionics Electrical)
Plans, coordinates, and provides daily updates on aircraft schedules, repairs, and maintenance activities. Works with management to ensure completion of tasks according to master schedule.
* Reviews work authorizations to meet master schedule.
* Coordinates Electrical and Avionics activities to meet aircraft schedules and deadlines.
* Reviews records to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
* Supervises and instructs Electrical technicians on troubleshooting, inspections, and maintenance.
* Maintains a current knowledge of relevant procedures, publications, and regulations.
* Ensures a safe working environment, including operation of equipment and housekeeping.
* Maintains required records and logs.
* Complies with safety regulations and programs.
* Recommends revisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent.
* 2-5 years of experience with large/ mid-size aircraft, Oregon 2 years with aviation electronics; Oregon 6 years with related experience.
* A&P license Oregon be able to obtain within 30 days.
* FCC license Oregon NCATT certification preferred.
* Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
* Ability to climb ladders and work Indiana confined spaces.
* Must be able to lift 100 pounds.
