Aircraft Detailing Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,560 per year
Shift: Monday to Sunday (flexible schedule)
Location: Van Nuys, California (base location), with frequent travel to surrounding locations

Job Summary:

American Samoa a key member of the Immaculate Flight team, the Aircraft Detailing Supervisor will oversee the detailing of high-end luxury aircraft, including corporate and commercial planes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and cleanliness of passenger cabins, cockpits, and aircraft exteriors. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Detail interior and exterior of aircraft to meet Immaculate Flight’s high standards
  • Complete all training modules and assignments
  • Ensure quality control through pre and post checklists
  • Train and coach teammates on company SOPs
  • Assist Operations Manager with administrative tasks and daily operations
  • Conduct daily audits of employee time sheets and staffing levels
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure product ordering and maintenance
  • Oversee Feet Maintenance, Inspections, and WEX to ensure all systems are functioning properly
  • Conduct weekly and monthly audits American Samoa assigned
  • Report to Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of internal experience
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with varied temperatures and work conditions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without equipment aid
