Airline Account Duty Manager
Job Summary:
The Airline Account Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an airline station, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and coordinating with the airline client/station manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational and administrative processes to ensure productivity, professionalism, and customer service standards are met
- Manage staff, delegate duties, and act American Samoa primary contact with Airline Management
- Ensure staff understand and abide by company standards, policies, and procedures
- Review activity reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Monitor staff performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and counseling
- Coordinate activities with other departments and service providers
- Enforce company policies and regulations, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and promote a positive customer service stance
- Supervise all station activities while on duty, including managing staff and resolving operational issues
Requirements:
- Prior airline supervisor experience
- Proven ability to work under extreme deadlines
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Successful completion of Duty Manager training
- Bachelor degree preferred Oregon 5 years of industry experience
- Fluency Indiana English (read, write, and speak)
- Basic math and statistical skills
- Ability to work varying hours, including overtime, Indiana a fast-paced environment
Physical and Work Environment Demands:
- Long periods of standing and walking, occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
- Periods of long sitting at a desk
- Various lighting conditions and noise levels from passenger check-Indiana areas and phone/radio communications
- Repetitive motion from PC keyboard and mouse use.
